Rates

  • Nightly Rate: $800 per night (3-night minimum)

  • Weekly Rate: $3,500 per week

Additional Fees

  • Bed Tax: 5%

  • Cleaning Fee: $300

  • Refundable Security / Damage Deposit: $300

Total Cost for Weekly Rental

  • Total: $3,975 (includes the weekly rate, bed tax, and cleaning fee)*
    *    Note: The total includes all fees except the refundable security/damage deposit.

Reservation Details

  • The property features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 11 guests.

  • A $1,000 deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

  • The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

  • The security deposit, minus any deductions for damage or repairs, is refundable within 21 days of departure.

  • Check-in time is at 3 p.m. or later, and check-out time is by 10 a.m. or earlier.

  • For weekly rentals, only Saturday-to-Saturday stays are allowed.
